Thank you for contacting Resolution Resource. Resolution Resource is an independent organization dedicated to helping employers identify and eliminate potential problems in the workplace including harassment, discrimination, safety, environmental, benefit and pay issues.

Why your employer has joined Resolution Resource.

Your employer wants to know what's going on. At the same time, your employer understands that individuals sometimes find it difficult to raise harassment, discrimination, safety, environmental, benefit or pay issues internally. Therefore, your employer has joined Resolution Resource so that you have an option of bringing your workplace issues to the attention of an independent organization.

What Resolution Resource does.

Resolution Resource provides employees with the option of bringing their workplace problems to the attention of an independent outside organization rather than their employer. Resolution Resource will document the employees concerns and forward them to the employer. That way, the employee does not have to raise the issue internally, but the employer still learns about the problem and can take appropriate steps to solve it.

How does Resolution Resource learn about my particular problem?

You tell Resolution Resource about your particular problem in one of two ways. First, you can document your problem on-line by answering a series of interactive questions. Second, you can contact Resolution Resource and speak with one of our intake specialists.

What happens after I bring my particular problem to Resolution Resource's attention?

After your problem has been documented with Resolution Resource, it is forwarded to a specific individual designated by your employer. At that point, your employer may contact Resolution Resource for assistance or may contact you personally to begin solving your problem.

Does anybody else find out about my problem?

Resolution Resource has taken very strong security measures to ensure that communications are secure, confidential and cannot be accessed by outside parties. The only people who will know about your problem are you, Resolution Resource and your employer, if appropriate.

Will I be terminated for telling Resolution Resource about my problem?

No. Beside the fact that your employer wants to know about potential problems, there are laws which prohibit employers from retaliating against employees who raise harassment, discrimination, safety, environmental, benefit or pay issues.
